The inaugural event of the
LACMA Art and Film Gala celebrated the life and work of Clint Eastwood. And drew a top notch crowd of A-listers who all donned their glad rags for the night. It was in part sponsored by
Gucci, and so a great deal of the best dressed of the night were in a selection of Gucci gold dresses. Several of which were versions on a theme. Who do you think of
Evan Rachel Wood,
Zoe Saldana and
Camilla Belle wore it best? Sjoe, it is a tough call as I love the 20s and 40s stylings of Evan and Camilla. I think that Evan takes it by a whisker. But not from
Kate Hudson who looks extraordinarily beautiful, just a few months after having her latest kiddie.
And then there were the other ladies that looked sensational in non-gold Gucci. Amy Adams in peach beading, Kate Beckinsale in a white grecian-style column with her Gucci belt. Grey silk chiffon on Rachel Zoe (who, can I say, has been looking so much nicer since she had her baby) and then Olivia Wilde in heart stopping red. OMG, how lovely?
So who is my pick of the lot? Who is the best dressed of the best dressed? Well, to my mind it is uber-stylist Rachel Zoe. Hands down. Love it and want it. But that's just me. Who do you think takes the winners title for this event? Vote now!
